We believe in treating your personal information with the exact same respect we treat our bikes—with care, safety, and totally transparent intentions.

1. What we collect

When you book a ride with us, we collect some basic information so we can reserve your bike and stay in touch: your name, phone number, email address, digital signature, and your drop-off location. If you leave a review in our guestbook, we collect your name and the review message.

2. How we use it

We only use your information to ensure you get your bikes on time, send you booking confirmations, and reach out to you if we need to coordinate drop-offs. Your guestbook entries are displayed proudly on our homepage for others to see. We do not use your information to send annoying spam emails.

3. We don't sell your data

This is a small, family-run operation. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, marketing agencies, or data brokers. Your information stays securely with us in our locked-down database.

4. Your secure signature

The digital signature you provide during the booking process is securely stored and attached strictly to your liability waiver. It is never used for any other purpose or document.

5. Data Deletion

To protect your privacy, we don't hold onto your information forever. Exactly 72 hours after your rental service is completed, we will permanently delete your booking record, contact information, and digital signature from our database.
